Given that the shipping cost is higher than usual, local pickup will also be available in Kitchener, Guelph, and London Ontario. You can specify where you’d like to pick up in the note to seller.
Each piece should be sanitized before initial use- soap and water, the top rack of the dishwasher, or boiling water are safe options. If at anytime after use you notice a defect, or ware and tear, please discontinue using. Because these pieces are meant for mouths, returns are not available.
